The company handles both grounds maintenance and snow removal. Year round position avalable. Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Snow Removal that includes plowing, salting, shoveling and snow blowing.
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with planting, watering.
• Monitor the condition of the landscape and report any issues or necessary repairs.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Experience
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping is beneficial.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, including comercial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of outdoor aesthetics.
