Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for gardening, planting, and general landscaping projects Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth Maintain gardens by planting new flora, mulching beds, and removing weeds to enhance visual appeal Assist with overall landscaping projects by preparing sites, laying sod or seed, and installing decorative features Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment Requirements knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and gardening techniques Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers Experience working with landscaping equipment and performing routine maintenance on tools Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in gardening, landscaping, and maintenance within a dynamic team environment.
