PAY:

$16/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule:

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained Landscaping and general grounds upkeep Trash removal and clean up Tackling seasonal tasks—yes, even snow removal when needed Taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming community for residents
