Join us as part of our dynamic gardening crew! A large well-known private property in Franklin is seeking full time or part time seasonal crew members, beginning in May/June. This beautiful property contains more than 15 different garden areas including a cutting garden, a sunken garden, a rose garden and a large, raised bed vegetable garden. This job provides an exciting opportunity to be involved with growing plants from seed and through propagation in the two greenhouses on site; as well learning to care for a variety of tropical plants. Applicant(s) should be in good physical condition, able to lift 40#, and willing to work outside in a variety of conditions. Knowledge of plant material, experience in garden maintenance practices, and use of small power tools desirable, but not required. We foster an atmosphere of continual improvement and are looking for someone who enjoys working with a variety of plants, has a good attitude and work ethic, as well as the desire to learn and grow.
