Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization Lead a crew of landscape technicians to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry best practices Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weed control, and soil preparation Oversee irrigation system installation and repairs, ensuring proper watering schedules for healthy landscapes Support construction projects related to landscape enhancements or installations Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care and garden management Strong supervising or leadership experience managing teams in outdoor settings Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture principles Ability to perform construction-related tasks such as site preparation and installation work Familiarity with maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and coordinating with clients or project managers Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and ensure quality standards are met This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive in active leadership positions.
