Competitive pay based on experience. Job Overview Precision Lawn Care is looking for reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. This position involves maintaining residential and commercial properties by performing lawn maintenance services. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors. Experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities Crew members will assist with daily lawn maintenance operations, including but not limited to: Mowing lawns using commercial equipment String trimming and edging around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds Blowing off grass clippings from sidewalks, patios, and driveways Assisting with landscaping projects when needed Maintaining a clean and professional job site Loading and unloading equipment and materials from trailers Performing routine maintenance and care for lawn equipment Following safety procedures while operating equipment Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical work throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work well with a team Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth within the company Consistent hours during the season Supportive team environment
