Lawn Care Subcontractor / Crew

Job Overview Vivid Lawn & Property is looking for reliable, detail-oriented lawn care subcontractors to handle residential and HOA properties throughout the West Michigan area. This is a 1099 contractor position , meaning you'll have the freedom to run your own schedule while we provide consistent, high-quality work. We handle the customers—you handle the work. What You'll Be Doing Lawn mowing (consistent cut height standards) String trimming around edges, fences, and obstacles Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Following property-specific service notes Taking before/after photos (when required) What We Provide Steady weekly routes (no need to find your own customers) Consistent work volume (especially during peak season) Clear service expectations and support Fast, reliable weekly payments Opportunity to scale into a full crew Requirements Must have your own equipment , including: Commercial or residential mower String trimmer Leaf blower Reliable transportation (truck/trailer preferred) Prior lawn care experience preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and quality Must be dependable and show up consistently Preferred (Not Required) Existing lawn care business or side hustle Experience servicing HOA or multiple properties in a route General liability insurance Why Work With Us No customer headaches—we handle all communication No marketing or sales needed Flexible workload (take on as much or as little as you want) Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing local company
