What You'll Do:
Learn proper tree climbing techniques and safety protocols Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removals Operate ground equipment (chipper, skid steer, etc.) Work alongside experienced crew members to complete projects safely and efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:
Physically fit and ready to work hard Interest in learning tree care and climbing (no experience required!) Strong work ethic and team player attitude Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Safety-minded and coachableWe Offer:
