Position Summary:
Grapids Irrigation is hiring an Irrigation Crew Lead to lead high-quality residential and commercial projects across West Michigan, earning $55K•65K+ annually in a seasonal schedule with performance-based bonuses . This role is built for experienced installers who take pride in precision, efficiency, and leading crews to deliver clean, reliable systems. The ideal candidate is a high-accountability, results-driven leader who thrives in an independent, goal-focused environment . You take ownership of job sites, make confident field decisions, and hold your team to high standards while staying structured and detail-oriented.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead irrigation installation projects and direct daily crew activities Read and execute system layouts, including zoning, head placement, and pipe routing Operate installation equipment (trenchers, pipe pullers, etc.) Ensure projects meet company standards, timelines, and specifications Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Train and mentor crew members
