• RESPONSIBILITIES

• General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy During snow removal season responsibilities may include clearing driveways & parking lots with both plow and/or snow blower, as well as applying deicing/salting materials to walkways/parking During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7 Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor •

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years' experience in professional landscaping Snow plowing experience strongly preferred Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Ability to help with on call for snow removal duties Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
