Responsibilities As aSkilled Laborer/Groundman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will:

Responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites with the use of hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picksWork in outdoor utility construction sitesTransport heavy equipment to and from the job site each dayBuild and maintain aerial and underground cable systemsTroubleshoot problems as they arise in the fieldLearn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment

Qualifications About You:

Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving recordYou want to learn the telecom construction trade to advance your career, such as Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc.
