Overview Join our fully electric lawn care company as a Year-Round Crew Member and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in all seasons . Whether you're mowing lawns, mulching flower beds, trimming bushes, removing leaves, or clearing snow, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. This well-paid position is perfect for someone able to grow and learn with a small company that is growing FAST. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, blowing to ensure healthy and attractive turf Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for trimming, pruning, planting, and general maintenance Conduct snow removal and salting during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and longevity of assets Requirements No experience is necessary! We will train anyone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during operation of machinery Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Nice to Have Mechanical knowledge or experience with landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly desirable Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques including trimming and pruning, and general landscape upkeep This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful landscapes year-round.
