Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks including digging, planting, and soil preparation Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving excavation using equipment like excavators or other machinery as needed Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping activities such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and small machinery like excavators or skid steers or tactors is highly advantageous Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and construction environments Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately while contributing proactively to project goals Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments that inspire!
