In this energetic role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a variety of landscape projects, from lush lawns to intricate hardscape features. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and passion for gardening and landscape maintenance will drive the success of each project. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills, and contribute to beautiful, functional environments that inspire and delight. $20.00 minimum to start, up to $25.00 per hour with CDL and equipment experience. Must have exceptional time management and communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and transportation. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment like excavators for installation and site preparation Maintain hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Assist with construction projects involving landscaping elements, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards are met Experience Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience with excavation, roto tillers, and planting. Proven experience as a landscape laborer or in a similar outdoor maintenance role Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Hands-on experience with lawn care, gardening, tree care, and horticulture practices Familiarity with landscape construction techniques including hardscape installation and site prep Ability to operate equipment such as excavators and various power tools safely and efficiently Knowledge of irrigation systems and general maintenance tasks Prior experience working with landscaping materials and understanding of horticultural principles is a plus Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
