Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision to support various projects Support tree care activities like trimming, planting, and removal to promote safety and aesthetics Help install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes Perform snow plowing and winter maintenance tasks during seasonal changes to keep sites accessible and safe Contribute to hardscape projects by assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining plant health through horticultural practices Experience Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or garden maintenance is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to operate small construction equipment such as excavators or similar machinery is advantageous Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree trimming techniques, or irrigation systems will enhance your effectiveness in the role Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and construction environments Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Enthusiasm for working as part of a team dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces Join us to grow your skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction support, and outdoor maintenance!
