Job Description

Main St Properties is currently looking to fill a part time position for Lawn Maintenance This person is responsible for maintaining the grounds, parking lots and other buildings both on and off site.
Responsibilities:
Meticulous upkeep of grounds, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and various residential properties Performs grounds keeping and janitorial duties. Removes trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. Lawn care for various apartment buildings, houses and commercial properties including but not limited to: mowing, trimming and blowing, leaf clean up and snow removal Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. Shovel sidewalks and plow parking lots
Experience:
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in grounds maintenance
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Pay:
$23.31
  • $28.
07 per hour
