Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to keep lawns pristine and well-manicured Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and weed control Use hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping projects and routine upkeep Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain irrigation systems and garden areas to optimize water efficiency and plant health Assist with hardscape installations like patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn equipment and power tools Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree trimming, horticulture practices, and hardscape work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor Knowledge of safety procedures when handling hand tools, power tools, or operating machinery such as excavators Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks Prior experience in construction or snow plowing is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help shape vibrant outdoor environments!
