Lawn Maintenance Foreman Full-Time Lawn Maintenance Foreman We are seeking hard working individuals for our Lawn Maintenance team in a full-time capacity as Foreman. Join us as we look to expand our lawn division in performing high-end residential and commercial lawn care/landscape maintenance in a new location! Are you willing to learn? Lawn Maintenance Foreman Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 man crews performing basic maintenance tasks (mowing, weed whipping, weeding)
• Instruct and enforce jobsite safety, safety rules and regulations
• Effectively manage crew members to achieve maximum efficiency through teaching and training
• Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners
• Operate and maintain all equipment (zero turn mowers, weed whips, blowers, etc…)
• Effectively communicate with Supervisors and other team members

Lawn Maintenance Foreman Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement (preferred)
• Reliable Transportation
• 3 years or more experience operating zero turn lawn mowers
• 3 years or more experience leading lawn maintenance crews
• Basic horticultural knowledge such as plant, weed, and grass identification
• Tree and shrub pruning experience (Prefered)
• Detail oriented while taking pride in workmanship
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to learn, improve and advance while working safely and being smart.
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
