Landscape Crew Member

Duties Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and weed control. Operate hand tools and power equipment like trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently. Support hardscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and installing features like patios or walkways. Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Conduct general site cleanup after projects to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, pruning, mowing, and hardscape installation. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers. Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture principles is a plus. Prior experience in construction or outdoor maintenance roles is advantageous. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
