Job Description

Hunters Creek Manufactured Home Community is currently seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance person that has an eye for detail and some knowledge with Manufactured Homes. The following job functions are required for the success for this job.
The Grounds:
Maintaining all common areas & both entrances in the summer and winter Picking up trash around the community daily Maintaining the trimming of grass and branches
The Pool/Clubhouse/PlayArea:
Maintaining the pool and shower area daily when in season Cleaning of the Clubhouse / Play Area - Daily Maintenance to
LTO Homes:
Inspect all LTO Homes on a Daily basis Cleaning of the Home before rehab and after Keeping up with the maintenance of the landscaping Light repairs when needed
General Responsibilities:
Assist with Community Manager with supervising onsite work Help with keeping the safety in our Community Operating vehicles and machinery in a responsible matter Assisting with other Duties and Projects as they arise
Salary:
$17 per hour
