We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. Beztak is looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner Complies with company safety policy at all times Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regularly reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is regularly exposed to varying outdoor weather conditions. You may also periodically be confined to a vehicle. Exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. Exposure to dust, dirt, pollen, debris, cleaning agents, paint fumes, construction or repair-related odors and other airborne particles. Occasional exposure to grounds maintenance chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and ice melt. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels from tools, machinery, and equipment. May involve working in confined spaces, heights, and areas with limited ventilation. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, masks, and hearing protection may be required. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
