In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in constructing and installing beautiful landscape features and durable hardscape elements that transform outdoor spaces. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm will contribute to creating stunning, functional environments for our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your Landscape expertise while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, and walkways using hand tools and power tools Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up forms, and ensuring proper grading for landscaping projects Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials and assist with site excavation or leveling tasks Refer to blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications Support the installation of plantings, irrigation systems, lighting fixtures, and other landscape components Perform Mulch prep and install as well as shrub trimming and light landscape maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, inspecting tools and equipment regularly, and reporting hazards promptly Regularly operate a truck with trailer with safety in mind. Experience Prior experience working on landscape construction sites with exposure to hardscape or landscaping projects is preferred Familiarity with blueprint reviewing, schematics, and technical drawings enhances your ability to follow project plans accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools, and heavy equipment is nice. Knowledge of landscape construction management practices such open graded base practices will set you apart Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various trades Take constructive criticism well understand and safely operate brick and block saws is important Join us in shaping outdoor spaces that inspire!
