Responsibilities Assist with building hardscape and landscape projects. Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators, safely and efficiently. Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and installing features like pathways or retaining walls. Experience Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued. Basic mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is advantageous. Experience operating machinery such as skid steers or other construction equipment is a plus. Knowledge of irrigation systems and hardscape installation enhances your versatility on the job.
