This critical role ensures properties remain pristine year-round, transitioning seamlessly from summer landscaping duties to winter snow and ice management. Based in Novi, MI , our client is a premier landscaping and commercial maintenance provider that has served the Southeastern Michigan region for over 30 years. They offer highly stable, year round employment, providing a consistent and reliable workplace for hard-working professionals in a seasonal industry. Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience. Reliable weekly pay distributed on Wednesdays. Secure year round employment. Performance based raises. Discretionary bonuses. Responsibilities Execute daily landscape maintenance, including mowing, mulching, edging, and weeding. Prune and trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain visual appeal. Manage snow and ice removal in winter to keep client properties safe and accessible. Cross-train in other service departments to support overall operational goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on all job sites. Requirements 1-3 years experience preferred. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred. Highly reliable, dependable, and ready to start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM. Physical stamina and ability to consistently work 55-60 hours a week. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (prior notice will always be given). A strong willingness to cross train in other departments to expand skill sets.
