Full Job Description Landscape Laborer Hourly Wage:

Starting at $19.00+/hour (based on experience) At Great Oaks Landscape, we've built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service for more than 30 years. We specialize in residential and commercial landscape design, construction, and outdoor living projects throughout the area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our landscape construction team. What You'll Do Assist with landscape construction projects from start to finish Operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Install hardscapes including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage systems Perform grading, planting, sod installation, and general site preparation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with clients and team members What We're Looking For 1+ year of landscape construction, hardscape, or general construction experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, compactors, cut-off saws, and other landscape tools is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $19.00+/hour based on experience Full-time, steady work with overtime opportunities during peak season Paid holidays and paid time off Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with Company Match Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive team environment with long-term career potential Why Join Great Oaks Landscape?
