Experienced Mower

Summary:

We're hiring a dependable and hardworking Mower to join our team! This is a year-round position that includes lawn care, fall and spring cleanups, snow removal, and salting services in the winter. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.

Handle seasonal tasks:

Fall & spring cleanups Snow removal & salting during winter Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.). Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and proper procedures while handling tools and machinery. Assist in general labor tasks such as raking leaves, removing debris, and yard cleanups. Support team members with various duties as needed to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications and Skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. 2+ years mowing experience. Experience operating front blade snow plow is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor. Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools (training provided if needed). Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools safety and effectively. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
