In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of hardscape, landscaping, and maintenance tasks that keep properties thriving and visually appealing. Your hands-on work will support landscape projects, restoration, snow removal, and hardscape installations, contributing to the transformation of outdoor environments. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, pruning, digging, and installing landscape features. Support excavation activities using equipment like excavators for larger landscaping or construction projects. Perform lawn care duties such as mulching, fertilization, overseeding, and snow plowing during seasonal changes. Help install hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred. Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or general maintenance is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued. Knowledge of horticulture principles or gardening practices is beneficial. Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or snow plows can be advantageous. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in outdoor environments. A positive attitude with enthusiasm for outdoor work and team collaboration. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
