Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to clients properties performing services within landscape maintenance industry Knowledgeable of proper handling and operation of commercial mowing equipment Demonstrates the ability to skillfully strip, edge, and trim all types of commercial/residential lawns Performs detailed cleanup of clippings from hard surfaces and mulch beds Performs general equipment maintenance. Assists with various peak season operations, including Spring Clean-Ups, Fall Clean-Ups, and snow removal. Ability to lead team members and your crew to hit budgets and make important decisions to achieve correct profitability on jobs without sacrificing quality. Work alongside, delegate, and distribute work according to job site size, time, and available resources Responsible for final inspection of job sites Knowledge of irrigation system openings, closings, and repairs, ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and troubleshooting issues as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in commercial/residential mowing. Minimum of Three(3) years of experience using commercial mowing equipment Minimum of Three(3) years of experience using commercial trimmers and blowers A Valid Drivers license with an acceptable driving record per Company policy, a chauffeurs license highly preferred. Knowledge of essential job functions and responsibilities Attention to detail Organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to problem solve Meet all physical requirements of the position Pesticide License is a major plus! Knowledge of irrigation systems is a major plus! Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations 18 years of age or older Legally authorized to work in the
