Location:
Royal Oak, MI 48073 Koen Landscape Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape / Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living spaces and are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work ethic, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardscape construction, landscape installation, and outdoor project execution. This position involves working as part of a team to build retaining walls, install paver patios, complete landscape installations, and perform other outdoor construction tasks. Responsibilities Install retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Perform landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, mulch, and decorative stone Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation Read and follow project plans and layout specifications Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications Required:
Previous experience installing retaining walls and paver patios Experience with landscape installations Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
