SUMMARY OF POSITION

A lawn maintenance crew leader is responsible for overseeing lawn maintenance crews whileassisting in the maintenance of both commercial and residential properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee lawn project from start to finish2. Lead others and delegate lawn maintenance tasks3. Commercial and residential mowing4. Use of hand tools including power equipment (i.e. string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers).5. Pruning shrubbery and trees6. Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners7. Serves as a reliable source of contact throughout the day8. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

1. State of Michigan Chauffeur's license preferred2. DOT medical card preferred3. Ability to work in outdoor environment4. Attention to detail and detail oriented5. Delivers quality work and services6. Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time7. Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions8. Work collaboratively in a team environment9. Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday
