Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a experienced, passionate and dedicated Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. Your expertise in horticulture, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation will help transform ordinary areas into stunning landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your skills in gardening and landscape maintenance, and contribute to beautiful environments that members will enjoy year-round. Duties Assist with design and implement landscape projects, including planting beds, lawns, hardscapes, and garden features Maintain and care for landscapes through, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control Perform tree/bush care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote growth and safety Carry out landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, pruning shrubs, planting new flora, and replacing damaged elements Requirements Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape design principles Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, tree trimming, and general site upkeep Ability to operate various small power and manual landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward landscape improvement projects Join us if you're eager to bring outdoor visions to life!
