As a Groundsman, you will support various landscaping projects, assist with tree trimming and lawn care, and operate essential equipment like bucket trucks and rigging tools. Duties Support tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and planting using proper techniques to promote growth and safety Operate equipment Use rigging skills to safely lift and move heavy materials or equipment during landscaping or construction projects Support the setup and breakdown of staging areas for landscaping projects using proper rigging procedures Contribute to ongoing landscape projects by assisting all tasks Qualifications Growing experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance fields preferred Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Ability to operate chainsaws Familiarity with rigging procedures for lifting heavy objects or materials Basic understanding of tree care Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscape maintenance and tree care Join us to cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in horticulture, landscaping, and equipment operation.
