Job Description:

2 years minimum of experience running Lawn Crews. A valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Certification required. Ability to be responsible and lead lawn maintenance crews. Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, weeding, landscaping & perform other landscape duties. Operate power equipment including, zero turn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, snow blowers and other landscape maintenance equipment. Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the AM/PM. Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations. Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner. Familiarity with using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. Experience operating power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
