The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as Shrub Trimming, Mulching, Weeding, Tree Work. Assist in the installation of hardscape features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Care for trees and shrubs by pruning, watering, and applying fertilizers as needed. Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure healthy plant growth. Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, weeding, and mulching. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment effectively. Experience in lawn care practices including mowing and fertilization techniques. Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as tree care and irrigation systems. Ability to build hardscape features with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Excellent physical stamina for performing labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
