Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional groundskeeping services. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and overall landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and thriving. Duties Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute groundskeeping tasks including weeding, Mowing, Weedwhipping. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping projects. Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Assist in building landscape features as needed, including flower beds and decorative elements. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular checks and repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
