Lawn Care Crew Member

We're looking for motivated, dependable Lawn Crew Members to join our growing team. In this role you'll perform a variety of lawn maintenance tasks across commercial properties. Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing commercial properties Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Performing general landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and debris cleanup Loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and trailers Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and job site at all times Following safety protocols and procedures on every job Providing excellent customer-facing service when on client properties Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks Reliable transportation to and from the shop Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Benefits Winter snow removal work available for year-round income Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
