Full Job Description Position Overview:
Do you enjoy working outdoors, creating beautiful landscapes, and being part of a hardworking team? Superior Landscape Companies looking for motivated individuals to join our Landscape Enhancement Crew!
Key Responsibilities:
Install mulch, rock, plants, trees, and shrubs Perform planting, pruning, edging, bed creation, tree removal and softscape work Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Load and unload materials and supplies Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates Softscape experience is a plus Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
