Responsibilities Develop eye-catching displays using planograms and visual design principles to maximize product visibility and appeal Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and merchandising to ensure product availability and freshness Coordinate for product deliveries, inventory management, and schematics to optimize sales Caring for the plants in the garden center- watering, deadheading, culling. Requirements Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of plant care and health is preferred Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, stand to care for deliveries and plants Join us as a Garden Center Merchandiser where your creativity meets leadership!
