Mowing/Landscaping Crew Member

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for outdoor work. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening and landscaping projects. Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients. Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job. Skills Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening is highly desirable. Familiarity with horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely. Ability to perform construction-related tasks related to landscaping projects. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care, irrigation systems, and snow management.
