Duties Mow lawns using commercial equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers to achieve a neat, even appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, trimming, pruning trees, and shrubbery to promote healthy growth. Conduct seasonal snow plowing to ensure safe access during winter months. Assist with gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while applying horticultural best practices. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas by properly handling tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture principles, and snow plowing operations will set you apart. Strong understanding of maintenance routines for landscaping equipment ensures longevity and optimal performance. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills in tree trimming, landscaping projects, previous lawncare experience will contribute to your success.
