Twin City Staffing is hiring for an experienced landscaper to join a busy and growing team in Burnsville, MN. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work alongside the crew, operate equipment, and help complete projects efficiently.

Location:

Burnsville, MN Wage:

$20•$30 per hour, depending on experience

Hours:

8:00 AM•Finish (typically around 5:00 PM) | Monday•Friday (occasional Saturdays) Benefits of the landscaper: Medical insurance (company paid once hired on) Dental and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverage Established company with long-term stability Duties of the landscaper: Perform landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, and lawn maintenance Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Drive company vehicles and pull a 16-foot trailer as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements of the landscaper: Valid DOT license with clean driving record Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers Previous landscaping experience (foreman-level experience) Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift 75+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Additional information: This is not a driving-only role•candidates must be willing to perform physical landscaping work daily.
