$16.37 per hour Grounds Work /

Apartment Turns:

$18.37 per hour

Snow Shoveling:

Metes & Bounds is looking for a Part-Time Caretaker to help maintain one of our apartment communities in Apple Valley, Minnesota. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done. What You'll Do In this role, you'll help keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained by assisting with: Cleaning common areas such as hallways, entryways, and shared spaces Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining indoor common areas Emptying trash and recycling containers Walking the property to pick up trash and debris Keeping entryways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas neat and presentable Assisting with light grounds work including weeding and general upkeep Helping with apartment cleaning during unit turns when needed Shoveling snow in the winter months as needed What We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working independently and staying organized Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with the Property Manager Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a background check About Metes & Bounds Founded in 1973, Metes & Bounds Management Company is a full-service property management company serving communities throughout Minnesota.
