Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively Provide high-quality customer service to clients by addressing their questions and concerns Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and clean driving record We offer a competitive pay, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
