Job Description

Come join our team at RJs Property Maintenance. We are looking to hire honest, hard working people for positions as Landscape worker to join our great team. We have over 28 years, experience doing landscaping, irrigation and lawn care in the east and north east metro area. Landscape worker Job duties may include: (pay $19-$35/per hour)
  • Hard scapes and Soft scapes
  • Shrub trimming
  • Tree trimming
  • General Labor
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Misc. Landscaping duties
  • Driving trucks & trailer, loading trucks and trailers in a safe manner.
Both Landscaper and Lawn care positions are available for immediate hire. 35-45 Hrs per week. Pay will be based on work experience and production level Normal work week is Monday - Friday Positions are from April until Mid-November, Snow plowing positions are available during winter season for the correct applicant, Salt truck driver, Snow plow truck driver, and /or skid-steer and wheel loader operator winter pay will be discussed at the time of the interview and based on experience Must have v Reliable transportation to work every day getting to the shop on time and be ready to work. v Positive attitude v Ability to take direction from crew leader and work with other crew members, willing to learn. v Must be : Driven, Accountable, Reliable, and Self motivated Benefits IRA Contributions PTO Accrual Paid Bonus Health Care reimbursement towards monthly insurance premium (some restrictions apply)
Pay:
$19.00 - $35.00 per hour
