In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting landscape maintenance, lawn care, and yard upkeep activities that enhance the aesthetic appeal and safety of residential and commercial properties. Your hands-on work will involve operating various tools and equipment, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with landscaping projects to ensure every yard looks its best. This position offers an engaging environment where your physical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to client satisfaction and property value. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to keep outdoor areas tidy and well-manicured Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and maintaining walkways or patios Conduct basic tree care including trimming, pruning, and assisting with tree removal or planting activities Help with irrigation system installation, repair, or seasonal adjustments to ensure proper watering of landscapes Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools is advantageous Familiarity with construction or horticulture practices enhances your ability to contribute effectively Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, or small excavators is a plus Strong work ethic with the physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning helps ensure healthy growth and safety Willingness to learn new skills related to irrigation systems, hardscape projects, and general yard maintenance This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction support, or outdoor maintenance.
