Career Strategies Career Strategies is currently hiring reliable Apartment Porters / Groundskeepers / Cleaners for immediate openings with professionally managed apartment communities throughout the Minneapolis & St. Paul metro area. Responsibilities Keep apartment communities clean, safe, and well-maintained Pick up trash throughout the property Clean hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other common areas Prepare vacant apartments with move-in and move-out cleaning Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize interior spaces Assist with grounds maintenance, including blowing sidewalks and removing debris Help maintenance technicians with light maintenance tasks as needed Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the onsite team Assist with snow removal and ice melt during winter months Help create a positive experience for residents by maintaining curb appeal Qualifications Previous experience as a porter, groundskeeper, janitor, cleaner, housekeeper, or in general labor is preferred Apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Dependable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude with the ability to work independently Why Work with Career Strategies?
