Part-Time Gardener / Groundskeper

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Gardener / Groundskeeper to help maintain the landscaping and curb appeal of a 282-unit apartment community in Oakdale, MN.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday-Friday daytime hours Additional hours may be available during the summer months

Responsibilities:

Planting annuals, perennials, and shrubs Watering flowers, plants, and landscaped areas Weeding flower beds and landscaped areas Pruning and trimming plants and shrubs Mulching and general garden maintenance Picking up litter and maintaining curb appeal Assisting with seasonal landscaping projects General grounds upkeep as needed

Qualifications:

Gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred Enjoy working outdoors Ability to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking Reliable and self-motivated Ability to work independently Valid driver's license preferred
