Experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

• What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Start your morning with a quick team huddle at the shop - get the day's game plan and gear up! Head out with your crew to various job sites - every day is a little different. Duties include mowing, trimming, mulching, weed-pulling, shrub pruning, and keeping equipment in top shape. Stay active, stay outdoors, and help bring landscapes to life!
• Who We're Looking For
• You're punctual, hardworking, and take pride in your work. You're a team player who leads by example and keeps morale high. You follow instructions, communicate clearly, and can hustle through the day - rain or shine. Previous Lawn Maintenance experience required
• Requirements / Must-Haves
• Reliable transportation and good attendance. Able to work 40+ hours/week, including occasional overtime. Comfortable working in varied weather conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple sites weekly.
• What We Offer
• Competitive pay for experienced crew members: $20-$24/hr DOQ Sign-on bonus after offer acceptance.

Paid holidays + PTO accrual (paid out at end of season). Health & dental insurance after 60 days + optional HSA. 3% IRA match after 1 year.

After the initial 2-week evaluation. Off-season snow removal work available (on-call, for commercial/HOA clients). Great company culture with supportive leadership and daily team check-ins.
