Your expertise in lawn maintenance will drive the success of our projects while fostering a positive team environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead, motivate, and develop a crew. Duties Lead and supervise a team of lawn care and landscaping technicians, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor quality progress. Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, and project installs. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper usage and safety compliance Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices and safety procedures.
