Groundskeeper Senior - MN Direct Care and Treatment

The Groundskeeper Senior performs routine maintenance on campus, providing direction and leading other members of the Campus Ground's maintenance team. • Developing, writing and communicating landscape and campus grounds and maintenance projects.
• Directing and leading others to complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Completing forms, writing reports or instructions, and keeping written records sufficient to meet administrative requirements using Microsoft Office applications.
• Groundskeeping on a multiple building complex using hand-held tools, riding machinery (all types of lawn and landscape equipment), and snow removal equipment (hand and heavier equipment).

Required licenses:

• Valid MN Driver's license
• MN non-commercial pesticide applicator's license or the ability to obtain a license within the probationary period (approximately six months).
